About Me

Hi! My name is Faith, and i am a registered massage therapist, working out of Royal Heights Chiropractic in Estevan SK. I grew up in Estevan, and after graduating from PIMT in Saskatoon came back to start practicing massage 

I offer therapeutic massage, prenatal massage (with a special bolster that allows you to comfortably lie on your stomach!), and cupping therapy. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practice, focusing on three key areas: current research, clinical expertise (drawing from my own experience), and patient-centered care (because you are the expert of your own body, and your involvement is essential to the process).

I believe that treatments can be both deeply relaxing and highly therapeutic. My goal is to create the ideal balance for each individual, helping your nervous system unwind and reset.

I’ve completed specialized training in areas such as dynamic cupping, neuromuscular cupping, evidence-based practice, pain mechanisms, and trigger muscle release—and I’m always looking for new opportunities to grow and refine my skills.

Policies

At least 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  If the appointment is cancelled for any reason with less than 24 hours notice, 100% of the service will be charged to the filed credit card, unless it is filled. 100% of service also applies to missed appointments for any reason.
