Hi, I’m Faith!
I was raised in Estevan, Saskatchewan, and graduated from the 2200-Hour Advanced Massage Therapy Program at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy (PIMT) in Saskatoon in 2021.
Prenatal & Postpartum Care
Caring for clients throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period is one of my greatest passions. While all Registered Massage Therapists receive foundational training in prenatal massage, I chose to pursue additional education to provide a higher level of care for expecting and new mothers.
Pregnancy creates significant changes throughout the body, and I have specialized training in assessing and treating common sources of pregnancy-related pain, including pelvic girdle pain, pubic symphysis pain, round ligament pain, low back pain, hip pain, rib discomfort, and neck and shoulder tension. Every treatment is tailored to your stage of pregnancy, your symptoms, and current evidence-based safety guidelines.
For your comfort, I use a specialized pregnancy bolster that allows many clients to safely receive massage while lying face down, while side-lying positioning is always available when preferred or more appropriate. Every treatment is thoughtfully adapted using current research, clinical reasoning, and your individual needs.
Pain Management & Movement
Helping people better understand and manage pain is another area I'm deeply passionate about. Throughout my career, I've completed extensive continuing education in pain science, musculoskeletal assessment, and evidence-based treatment approaches to provide care that goes beyond simply treating sore muscles.
Each treatment is completely individualized and may incorporate therapeutic massage, Swedish massage techniques, trigger point therapy, assisted stretching, cupping therapy, and patient education when appropriate. Every technique I use is chosen intentionally and guided by current research, clinical experience, and your personal goals.

I also offer occasional Saturday appointments during the winter months. These are typically released only 1–2 weeks in advance, so I recommend joining the waitlist if you'd like to be notified when one becomes available.

My treatment room is located on the second floor and is accessible by both elevator and stairs.
When you arrive, please have a seat outside my office and I'll come greet you at your scheduled appointment time.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card is securely stored and will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment.
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment fee.
This policy is in place to respect both my time and the time of other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and late cancellations often prevent another client from receiving care. Thank you for your understanding and for helping me provide the best possible experience for everyone.
I do not provide direct billing, but will provide a receipt after your treatment that can be used for reimbursement if you have massage coverage through insurance.
