I offer personalized, therapeutic massage designed to meet you where your body is at that day. My treatments are thoughtful and tailored, supporting pain relief, nervous system regulation, and overall recovery.
My approach blends Swedish massage techniques with assisted stretching, trigger muscle release, and cupping therapy. Each session is guided by what your body needs in the moment, whether that means calming support for your nervous system, more detailed work for areas of tension, or a balance of both. my treatments are always guided by evidence-based practice
I also offer prenatal massage, providing a safe, supportive, and comfortable space for expecting mothers throughout pregnancy.
I enjoy working with clients who value open communication, are curious about their bodies, and want to be active participants in their care. My goal is for every session to feel effective and truly tailored to you.

I work occasional Saturdays in the winter, but do not book these more than 1-2 weeks in advance. Join the waitlist to be notified if one opens up!
Location
I am now located at 1133 4th St, Suite 304. (In the Wicklow Centre Downtown Estevan).
My suite is on the 2nd floor, accesible by elevator or stairs. I am located down the south hallway.
Please take a seat outside my office and i will come get you at the time of your appointment.
Policies
A valid credit card is required on file to hold all appointments. This card will never be charged unless a late cancellation or missed appointment occurs.
At least 24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If the appointment is cancelled for any reason with less than 24 hours notice, 100% of the service will be charged to the filed credit card, unless it is filled. 100% of service also applies to missed appointments for any reason.
