Prenatal massage is tailored to the unique changes your body experiences throughout pregnancy. Your first appointment includes a detailed health history, discussion of your symptoms, and an assessment with particular attention to the pelvis and surrounding structures to help identify the source of your discomfort.

Treatment may help relieve pelvic girdle pain, pubic symphysis pain, round ligament pain, low back pain, hip pain, sciatica, rib pain, neck and shoulder tension, headaches, swelling, and general muscle soreness.

A specialized pregnancy bolster allows many clients to receive massage comfortably while lying face down, with side-lying positioning available when preferred or indicated.

For your first prenatal appointment, I recommend booking at least 75 minutes to allow time for both your assessment and treatment.
